Established in 1988 by Al and Janet Schutten, Janco Steel is a family operated Canadian steel service center specializing in flat rolled steel products.  Our focus is the safety of our people, the quality of our products and the valuable business partnerships that we have developed with our customers and our suppliers.

The North American steel industry is unique and dynamic and it is incredibly demanding on those companies that are participating in it on a daily basis. The velocity of change seems to be increasing and to consistently be of value to our customers and suppliers, Janco Steel has made sure that it changes and grows along with these trends.

To that end, Janco Steel has been blessed with decades of success and we have consistently decided to re-invest back into our infrastructure. Today, we find ourselves in the unique position of being able to offer our customers unrivaled quality steel products using the very best equipment available to the steel market today.
